Beautiful facility!! We came in to see a few pups from their website, which they update hourly. They have several Meet and Greet rooms to spend time with the dogs. Each dog has a large kennel with 2 areas. They each have nice beds. They have an outside area that is large and has fake grass for the dogs to run and play. They have misters out there to keep them cool and it's covered. I didn't make it into the cat or bunny area but those areas are large as well.
Very friendly staff and a simple, straightforward adoption process. You know they just want to get animals into good homes without having to go through a lot of red tape.
10/10 staff is amazing, kind, and really care about the animals. Adoption process is extremely easy and well walked through place is extremely clean and well kept and all the animals looks amazing! Would recommend to anyone looking to add a addition to their household!
These people are amazing. From a phone call to an in person visit, the entire experience was amazing. Not only did they take good care of my puppy, but they even took good care of my baby boy. He wanted a book they had displayed by the door entrance, and they came around the counter and found a book he could take home. They happen to have a microchip event that came at a perfect time, and even with the millions of questions I had, they never once got frustrated or upset. The amazing customer service is the reason for my review.... worth the visit
This place is great friendly. We fell in love with Charley and they offered to let us take Charley home to see if he would fit in to our family. Charley is an awesome fit to our family and I would highly recommend this place to adopt an animal. It is worth a visit.
An excellent experience. Patient staff and volunteers allowed us as much time as we wanted to visit with however many potential new family members as we felt would work well for us. We had questions that were more difficult to answer and when that happened we were able to speak with the veterinary staff, including those with hands on knowledge of the particular cases we needed more information about.
On top of that, they were courteous and friendly. Every step of the process was a very positive experience.
Big, organized, and clean! I adopted a cat there today and they have rooms with toys, and towers and beds! They are not stuck in a cage all day! The staff was very friendly and helped with all my questions. This place was great.
The layout is nice for the cats, didn't smell. My family and I enjoy coming and spending time with the animals. Of course the dog part is very sad, it is great that there is a tear bag on every kennels though so they can get some attention.
